Job Overview:
We are hiring a POC (Point of Contact) with basic knowledge of digital marketing who will manage client communication and coordinate with internal teams. This role is ideal for freshers looking to grow in a digital marketing agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team
- Understand basic client requirements and share them with the internal team
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Ads, and Design teams
- Share regular updates and reports with clients
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely delivery
- Handle client queries and provide basic support
- Maintain records of communication and project progress
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads – fundamentals)
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets / Docs
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
Experience:
- Fresher or 0–1 year experience in digital marketing or client handling
