Job Overview:

We are hiring a POC (Point of Contact) with basic knowledge of digital marketing who will manage client communication and coordinate with internal teams. This role is ideal for freshers looking to grow in a digital marketing agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between clients and the team
• Understand basic client requirements and share them with the internal team
• Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Ads, and Design teams
• Share regular updates and reports with clients
• Follow up on tasks and ensure timely delivery
• Handle client queries and provide basic support
• Maintain records of communication and project progress

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Ads – fundamentals)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Basic understanding of Excel / Google Sheets / Docs
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Good coordination and follow-up skills

Experience:

• Fresher or 0–1 year experience in digital marketing or client handling
