About the Role

RX Digital School is looking for a Student Counsellor / Admission Counsellor who can connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, explain our digital marketing courses, and guide them through the admission process.

The candidate will primarily handle incoming leads, make calls to interested students, follow up with prospects, and convert suitable leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and communicate with students from provided leads.
• Understand students’ educational background, career goals, and requirements.
• Explain RX Digital School’s digital marketing courses, curriculum, training structure, fees, and internship opportunities.
• Counsel students regarding suitable courses and career opportunities in digital marketing.
• Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
• Handle students’ queries related to courses, batches, fees, internships, and admissions.
• Schedule counselling sessions or campus visits when required.
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
• Work towards achieving monthly admission and conversion targets.
• Build a positive relationship with students and provide proper guidance throughout the admission process.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with students over phone calls.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
• Previous experience in telecalling, counselling, sales, admissions, or education will be preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a willingness to learn can also apply.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage leads and follow-ups.
