Job Description

Doon Memories is hiring a talented Cake Artist in Dehradun to create beautiful and customized cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and special occasions. The candidate should have creativity, attention to detail, and hands-on experience with cake decoration and designing.

Key Responsibilities

• Create customized and designer cakes according to customer requirements.
• Decorate cakes using fondant, cream, chocolate, and other cake-decorating techniques.
• Create theme cakes, birthday cakes, anniversary cakes, and occasion-based designs.
• Understand customer requirements and convert ideas into attractive cake designs.
• Ensure accurate finishing, detailing, and presentation of every cake.
• Prepare cake decorations, toppers, edible designs, and other decorative elements.
• Maintain consistency in cake quality and presentation.
• Coordinate with the bakery team to complete orders on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cake-decorating workstation.
• Keep up with new cake designs, decoration styles, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Cake Artist, Cake Decorator, or Pastry Artist is preferred.
• Good knowledge of cake decoration and finishing techniques.
• Creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with customized and theme cakes will be an advantage.
• Ability to work according to customer specifications and deadlines.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
• Freshers with relevant cake-decorating skills may also apply.
