Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them with bakery product selections.
• Handle counter sales, billing, and payment collection.
• Take and manage cake and bakery product orders.
• Explain product details, prices, offers, and customization options.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper product presentation at the counter.
• Coordinate with the bakery production team for customer orders.
• Handle customer queries and provide a positive in-store experience.
• Maintain daily sales and order records.

Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
