About the Role

RJ is looking for a proactive and well-organized Talent Booking Executive to manage model bookings and coordinate between clients and talent.

The candidate will understand client requirements, suggest suitable models, coordinate availability, negotiate project details, and ensure smooth execution of bookings from initial enquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements for models and talent.
• Suggest suitable models based on project brief, appearance, profile, experience, and availability.
• Share relevant model profiles, portfolios, photographs, and details with clients.
• Coordinate with models regarding availability for shoots, events, campaigns, and assignments.
• Handle model booking enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
• Discuss project requirements, dates, locations, timings, and other booking details with clients.
• Coordinate rates and commercial details with clients and talent as per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, enquiries, client requirements, and talent availability.
• Follow up with clients and models to confirm bookings.
• Coordinate with the casting, portfolio, and production teams when required.
• Ensure models receive complete project information before assignments.
• Track booking status and provide timely updates to clients and models.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with brands, agencies, photographers, production houses, event companies, and other clients.
• Assist in developing repeat business and long-term client relationships.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the modeling, fashion, advertising, or entertainment industry.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable talent.
• Comfortable communicating through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Knowledge of Instagram and digital platforms is an advantage.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in talent booking, modeling agencies, recruitment, client coordination, sales, casting, or a related field.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in the modeling and entertainment industry can also apply.
