About the Role

Panache Talents is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Stylist who can manage styling requirements for models, photoshoots, fashion campaigns, brand projects, and other creative assignments.

The candidate will be responsible for creating suitable looks based on the project theme, model profile, client requirements, and current fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create outfits and complete looks for models.
• Select suitable clothing, accessories, footwear, and styling elements for photoshoots.
• Understand the concept, theme, and requirements of each project.
• Coordinate with models, photographers, makeup artists, hairstylists, and creative teams.
• Research current fashion and styling trends.
• Prepare styling references and mood boards for shoots.
• Arrange and organize outfits and accessories before shoots.
• Ensure that models are properly styled according to the shoot concept.
• Coordinate outfit changes during photoshoots and events.
• Maintain proper records of clothing, accessories, and styling materials.
• Coordinate with designers, fashion stores, brands, and vendors when required.
• Assist the creative team in developing new and unique looks.
• Ensure all styling items are returned and maintained properly after shoots.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, colors, fabrics, and current trends.
• Good sense of aesthetics and attention to detail.
• Creative approach to developing different looks.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with models and creative teams.
• Ability to manage multiple styling requirements and deadlines.
• Knowledge of fashion brands, designers, and styling resources is an advantage.
• Portfolio or previous styling experience will be preferred.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in fashion styling, personal styling, modeling, fashion shoots, or a related field.

Freshers with strong fashion knowledge, creativity, and a good understanding of styling can also apply.
