Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Casting Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for understanding project requirements, sourcing suitable talent, coordinating auditions and casting calls, shortlisting candidates, and maintaining communication between clients and talent.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and networking skills, an eye for identifying suitable talent, and an understanding of the modeling, fashion, advertising, and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand casting briefs and talent requirements received from clients, brands, production houses, and advertising agencies.
• Source suitable models, actors, influencers, and other talent according to project requirements.
• Review portfolios, photographs, videos, profiles, and previous work to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate casting calls, auditions, virtual castings, and in-person auditions.
• Communicate project details, requirements, schedules, and audition information to shortlisted talent.
• Prepare and maintain casting lists and talent profiles for different projects.
• Match talent based on factors such as appearance, skills, experience, age range, project requirements, and availability.
• Coordinate with talent managers, clients, photographers, production teams, and other stakeholders.
• Schedule auditions, callbacks, meetings, fittings, and related activities.
• Follow up with selected and shortlisted candidates throughout the casting process.
• Maintain an updated database of models, actors, influencers, and other creative talent.
• Keep track of talent availability and ensure timely communication regarding bookings and auditions.
• Assist with negotiations and coordination related to project requirements, where required.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, production houses, casting professionals, and talent.
• Stay updated with current trends in modeling, fashion, advertising, social media, and entertainment.
• Support the team in discovering new and emerging talent through social media, networking, events, and industry contacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Fashion, Human Resources, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in casting, talent acquisition, recruitment, modeling, fashion, media, advertising, or entertainment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of the casting and talent industry.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with models, actors, influencers, clients, and production teams.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, for talent discovery.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple casting projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good attention to detail when reviewing talent profiles and portfolios.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
