Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freelance Data Analyst who can work remotely and provide data-driven insights across event operations, marketing, customer data, leads, and business performance.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, reports, and large datasets and should be able to convert raw data into clear and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, clean, and analyze business and event-related data.
• Analyze leads, customer data, registrations, sales, and marketing performance.
• Create regular reports and performance summaries.
• Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets dashboards.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities from available data.
• Track important KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Analyze marketing and campaign data when required.
• Prepare charts, graphs, and visual reports for management.
• Identify data errors, inconsistencies, and missing information.
• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis.
• Work with the team to understand reporting requirements.
• Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards.
• Knowledge of data cleaning and reporting.
• Understanding of basic statistics and data interpretation.
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
