Job Overview: –

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Social Media Content Creator to manage the company’s social media platforms and develop engaging, high-quality content. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and managing content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

• Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and other social media content.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

2. Content Creation

• Create engaging, creative, and audience-focused content aligned with the company’s brand identity.
• Develop ideas for reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, stories, and other digital content.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, and calls to action.
• Participate in video shoots and create content using suitable editing and design tools.
• Identify trending topics, sounds, formats, and content opportunities relevant to the business.

3. Content Strategy and Planning

• Research the target audience, competitors, and industry trends.
• Develop creative content ideas to improve reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Ensure consistency in the company’s tone, messaging, and visual identity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotional activities.

4. Community Engagement

• Respond to comments and messages professionally, in line with company guidelines.
• Build and maintain a positive online community.
• Identify opportunities to encourage audience interaction and strengthen brand relationships.

Requirements:

• Min – 6 months of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Ability to create engaging reels, videos, posts, and captions.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools software.
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, hashtags, and audience engagement techniques.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Good time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
