Job Description

Doon Memories is hiring a Store Manager in Dehradun to manage the daily operations of our bakery outlet. The candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, managing sales and customer service, monitoring inventory, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the bakery outlet.
• Supervise counter sales and bakery staff.
• Monitor daily sales, billing, and cash handling.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.
• Manage stock, inventory, and product availability.
• Coordinate with the bakery production team for fresh product requirements.
• Ensure proper display and presentation of bakery products.
• Monitor store cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance.
• Prepare and maintain daily sales and operational reports.
• Manage staff attendance, shifts, and work allocation.
• Ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered on time.
• Handle day-to-day operational issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in store management, retail, bakery, food, or hospitality will be preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing, inventory, and cash management.
• Leadership and team-management abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
