About the Role

Panache Talents is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Portfolio Manager to manage and maintain professional portfolios and profiles of models, actors, influencers, and other talent associated with the agency.

The candidate will ensure that every talent profile is updated, professionally presented, and ready to be shared with clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and regularly update talent portfolios.
• Maintain professional profiles of models, actors, influencers, and artists.
• Organize and manage photographs, videos, measurements, experience details, and other talent information.
• Select suitable photographs and content for different talent profiles.
• Coordinate with photographers, models, stylists, and creative teams for portfolio requirements.
• Ensure portfolio images and information are updated regularly.
• Prepare customized talent profiles according to specific client or project requirements.
• Maintain an organized digital database of all talent profiles.
• Coordinate photoshoots for new or updated portfolios when required.
• Track portfolio updates, new photographs, campaigns, and project experience.
• Share relevant talent profiles with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure all portfolio information is accurate and professionally presented.
• Maintain confidentiality of talent and client information.

Requirements

• Good understanding of fashion, modeling, photography, and creative portfolios.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other basic design tools is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple talent profiles simultaneously.
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram is preferred.

Experience

0–2 years of experience in portfolio management, modeling agencies, talent management, photography, fashion, social media, or a related field.

Freshers with good organizational skills and an interest in the modeling and fashion industry can also apply.
