If you use Findnx on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account details up to date.

You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for activity carried out through your account.

Findnx connects job seekers and employers and may use AI to provide job, candidate, and recruitment suggestions.

Findnx is not an employer or recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment, hiring, interviews, job offers, candidates, or the accuracy of job listings or profiles.

Users are responsible for making their own decisions and verifying relevant information.

Job seekers must provide accurate information in their profiles, resumes, and applications.

You should independently verify job details and employers before accepting any offer.

Findnx does not currently charge job seekers to apply for jobs. If anyone asks you for money in exchange for a job opportunity through Findnx, please report it to us.

Employers must post genuine, accurate, and lawful job opportunities and must not use Findnx for fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal activities.

Employers must handle candidate information responsibly and comply with applicable employment and data protection laws.

Findnx may review, edit, restrict, or remove job postings or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

You must not:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.
• Post fraudulent, illegal, or harmful content.
• Send spam or unwanted communications.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect Platform data without permission.
• Use Findnx to violate any applicable law or the rights of others.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including your profile, resume, and job postings.

By submitting content to Findnx, you allow us to host, display, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and provide the Platform and its AI-powered features.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit is accurate and does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Findnx may use artificial intelligence to provide recommendations, matches, or other recruitment-related suggestions.

AI-generated results may not always be accurate or complete.

Users are responsible for reviewing information and making their own employment or hiring decisions.

The Findnx website, software, design, branding, logos, text, and other Platform materials are owned by Findnx or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or commercially use our materials without our prior written permission.

Findnx may contain links to third-party websites or services.

We are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

Findnx is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or that job listings, profiles, recommendations, or matches will be accurate or suitable for every user.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or remove content if we believe these Terms, applicable laws, or the safety of the Platform or its users have been violated.

You may stop using Findnx or request account deletion at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of Findnx after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
