Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our modeling agency. The role involves identifying new and emerging talent, conducting initial screenings, maintaining talent databases, coordinating auditions and portfolio assessments, and building strong relationships with models and prospective talent.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the modeling, fashion, advertising, and talent industry and possess excellent communication and networking skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify new models, actors, influencers, and emerging talent through social media, talent networks, events, referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Review applications, portfolios, profiles, and photographs to identify suitable talent based on agency and client requirements.
• Conduct initial communication and screening with prospective models and talents.
• Coordinate auditions, casting calls, portfolio reviews, and talent meetings.
• Maintain and regularly update the agency’s talent database and profiles.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with models and prospective talent.
• Understand client requirements and help identify suitable talent for specific projects and campaigns.
• Coordinate with talent managers, casting teams, photographers, and other internal departments.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding auditions, meetings, shoots, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of talent profiles, availability, measurements, portfolios, and relevant professional information.
• Support the onboarding process for selected talents.
• Stay updated with current trends in fashion, modeling, advertising, social media, and entertainment.
• Participate in talent discovery activities, networking events, and industry-related initiatives.
• Ensure professional and respectful communication throughout the recruitment and selection process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, casting, modeling, fashion, media, or entertainment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable communicating with models, influencers, clients, and industry professionals.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and other talent-discovery channels.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple talent profiles and requirements simultaneously.
• Good judgment when reviewing portfolios and matching talent with project requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative industry.
